Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forge (“the Service”), operated by Rebase Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Forge is an AI-powered application creator that generates full-stack web applications from natural language descriptions. The Service operates in a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model — you provide your own API keys for AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI). We do not store, access, or use your API keys for any purpose other than processing your generation requests.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and BYOK

When you provide API keys for third-party AI providers, those keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted to process your generation requests. You are responsible for the costs incurred through your API keys. We recommend using provider-specific spending limits.

5. Generated Content

You own all code and content generated through the Service using your API keys. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated applications. Generated code is provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code before deploying it to production.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate malicious software, malware, or tools designed to harm others
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Share API keys belonging to others without authorization

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebase Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
